Kaiser Klowns has been registered in Kamphaeng Phet, Thailand, with a deliberately narrow mandate: build and hold operating companies, one at a time.
Anthovai, the technology house, begins operating in the same month and becomes the first revenue engine of the group — enterprise systems, AI automation, cloud, and custom software.
A second house, Marventine, is in preparation for the luxury fashion market. The rule for both is the same: a house launches when it is ready to trade, not when the announcement is ready.
"We hold what we build," the group said. "Decisions here are made for the next decade."
